Is ImageMindAI a wellness / mind app, an AI-art course, or a free image generator?
No. ImageMind is a professional concept art and illustration studio based in Vancouver. The imagemindai.life domain uses .life as part of our studio branding — it is not a meditation product, mental-health application, training course, or public text-to-image tool. We do not offer subscriptions for unlimited image generation, and we do not sell prompt packs or online lessons. If you need a creative studio to develop visuals for a publication, game, campaign, or product launch, you are in the right place. If you expected a consumer app or free generator, this site describes a B2B creative service instead.
How does AI fit into your process?
Generative tools help us explore compositions and colour directions quickly during early rounds. They do not replace art direction, revision, or accountability. Every asset is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human art director before delivery. We disclose AI assistance in project documentation when contract terms require it, and we never present raw generator output as finished client work.
What does a typical timeline look like?
Moodboard-only engagements often complete within one to two weeks. Single concept pieces with two revision rounds usually run three to four weeks from signed brief to final files. Larger storyboard or character-bible projects are quoted with milestone dates. Rush fees apply when deadlines compress below our standard production window — we will tell you upfront if your date is feasible.
Do you work with clients outside Vancouver?
Yes. Most of our clients are elsewhere in Canada and the United States. Reviews happen over video; files transfer through secure links. Vancouver clients may book in-person sessions at our East 1st Avenue studio, which we find especially useful for large-format print reviews and palette decisions.
Who owns the finished artwork?
Ownership and licence scope are defined in each statement of work. Many clients receive broad commercial licences; work-for-hire transfers are available when priced accordingly. We retain the right to show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless an NDA explicitly prevents it. Usage schedules specify print run limits, territory, and duration where relevant.
What should I include in a first enquiry?
A short description of the project, intended use (web, print, pitch, internal), target date, and rough budget range if you have one. Reference links — even rough ones — save time. You do not need a formal RFP; a paragraph is enough for us to suggest a sensible next step.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely work under mutual NDAs for unreleased games, products, and editorial stories. Send your standard agreement or ask for ours. We do not discuss confidential client work in marketing materials without written permission.
How do you handle personal information in form submissions?
Contact form data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). We use your details to respond to your enquiry and do not sell contact lists to third parties.
What payment methods do you accept?
Canadian clients typically pay by electronic transfer or cheque on net-thirty terms once credit is established. New clients may be asked for a deposit before work begins. Invoices include our Business Number and are denominated in CAD unless a contract specifies otherwise. We do not accept cryptocurrency or payment in exchange for publicity alone.
